May 2024 International Exchange Salon  Re-Discover the Allure of the Art and Tradition of Nori! ~Making Kinako Onigiri and Nori Butter Toast~

Our CCIEA theme for May is the traditional Japanese food “Nori,” an edible seaweed. Yamamoto Noriten, a company specializing in premium-quality Nori for 175 years will teach us about the art and tradition of Nori. Let’s enjoy together learning a new way to use Nori that fits both Japanese and Western dishes through hands-on experience!
