May 2023 International Exchange Salon The Art and Tradition of Nori 「Discover the secret of the taste！」
Our theme in May is the traditional Japanese food“Nori,” an edible seaweed. Yamamoto Noriten, a company specializing in premium-quality Nori for 175 years, will present a special workshop and teach us how to enjoy Nori.
Have fun and meet new friends while learning about Nori !
