May 2025 International Exchange Salon Let’s Get to Know The Characteristics and Appeal of Nori!
International Exchange Salon is an event for foreigners and Japanese to enjoy time interacting.
The theme for May is “Nori,” a traditional Japanese food. YAMAMOTO NORITEN, a long-established store in Nihonbashi, will come and introduce the over their 170-year history. They will also explain how Nori is brought from the sea to the table, the nutrition of Nori and how to use in cooking. Let’s learn about the appeal of Nori while making decorative sushi rolls!
